Founders Letter

As a family counselor who specializes in adults and adolescents and a former school counselor-I have an extensive background working with adults and teens in community mental health, schools and private practice. I created CORE because I believe that this type of learning is the most powerful, transformational, and life changing model that I can provide for the well being and empowerment of the adults and teens who attend. There is simply, in my experience, no other model that can provide the immediate and profound intrinsic learning of the CORE seminars. In a world of conflict within families, communities and the world there is simply no better way to create healthy and respectful communities than having the CORE seminar be a launching pad for transformation.

CORE was established in Lake Stevens, WA on Valentines Day 1997. With over 1500 adult and teen grads the CORE model works every time to create healthy communities of people who feel empowered to create their best life. The four days are but a few to spend to generate life long positive change.
